职位描述 : Positions: 1. GAN Manager - for North Region of China _base_d in Beijing (“GAN” – Global Assistance Network) Role Overview 1) This position is responsible for the development and management of the various service providers network to meet the needs of Clients and Members. 2) This position is responsible for the day to day management of the correspondents and personnel assistants (PA) in their regions to deliver the services as requested by Clients and Members and also to develop business opportunities. 3) This position is responsible for the quality of the network information stored in SPIN system and the usage of network reports to drive the network development. 4) This position is responsible for the development of existing service providers to generate case opportunities, negotiation of credit terms and discounts. Core Responsibilities Network Management ? Development of the service provider network to meet the needs of the Clients and Members as well as the emerging business growth in China. ? Build and develop strong professional relationship with providers so that any issues are raised through the right channels and resolved in a timely manner. ? Qualify existing and new service provider _base_d on a set of qualifying criteria and frequency as set by the Group company guidelines. ? Develop a network of preferred and core providers who are able to deliver quality services in a cost effective manner. ? Negotiate favourable credit terms and/or discounts with our service partners and good invoice management. ? Ensure timely submission of invoices so that Client billing is efficient. ? Utilize and direct all available resources to reach the network. ? Get provider agreements signed with qualified service provider specifying the services the provider is offering, the terms and conditions of the service delivery including credit terms, in according to the laws of the local country and the requirements of the corporate legal office. ? Whenever required, be involved in direct sourcing of service providers _base_d on criteria set by specific function. ? Provide intelligence information on the network as well as competition. ? Increase awareness of International SOS within the medical fraternity, embassies, hotels and relevant sectors for the purpose of developing private evacuation cases. ? Provide concise and timely monthly reports to management ? Conduct both internal and external training to ensure all parties are able to understand and leverage on the network to deliver quality service to Clients and Members. Network Quality ? Responsible for the quality of the network by managing provider credentialing and the education of providers so that they are able to meet International SOS’ requirements. ? Work closely with Operations department so that any network issues are owned by the GAN Manager and the issues resolved in a timely manner.
