I recommend you to see an eye doctor. If you see magenta spots in that image you have an eye desease. Oh dear, I must have the same disease!  If you apply a saturation adjustment of +60 on the stitched image crop, then the magenta spots are very clearly revealed.  I've seen similar magenta or red blotches on white walls and ceilings in my own panoramas. 'stitchedImageDec29.jpg'. 'single_frame_Dec29.jpg' is the sky portion of one _frame_ out of a sequential series. When stitched together with its neighbors, the result is 'stitchedImageDec29.jpg' (stitched with PTGui 8.3.6). The stitched scene has additional spots of subtle but unusual color in the clouds added during the stitching process. I find this result seemingly invariably in image areas of subtle tonal and color change such as these clouds and in shaded areas. Can these spots be avoided, and if so, how? Jeff

Newsflash

Norwegian Minister of Justice did not sit at home and dived in the waters of the Arctic. I must admit that bad for the minister!
