spots blending issues
Please refer to posted images 'single_frame_Dec29.jpg' and 'stitchedImageDec29.jpg'. 'single_frame_Dec29.jpg' is the sky portion of one _frame_ out of a sequential series. When stitched together with its neighbors, the result is 'stitchedImageDec29.jpg' (stitched with PTGui 8.3.6). The stitched scene has additional spots of subtle but unusual color in the clouds added during the stitching process. I find this result seemingly invariably in image areas of subtle tonal and color change such as these clouds and in shaded areas. Can these spots be avoided, and if so, how? Jeff
